Breathe Adventure is a A.A.L.A licensed company based on the beautiful north Cornish coastline, all our activities take place on the beaches of Perranporth and Hayle. We have lessons to suit all abilities and activities such as Surfing, Coasteering, Bodyboarding and Stand up paddle surfing to ensure you have the ultimate ocean adventure.

All lessons are run by our friendly, welcoming instructors who are qualified beach lifeguards and B.S.A qualified surfing instructors to ensure you learn in a fun and safe environment. We operate to a 1:8 instructor to student ratio to maximise your learning time in the water, and offer packages for large groups, schools, family groups, hen and stag parties and one to one tuition.

As well as lessons we also hire out surf boards and wetsuits and can deliver it your door, giving you the chance to explore the coastline and find the perfect wave. We also offer a try before you buy option, should you like to purchase any of the equipment you hire or items on our shop page, why not hire it first and when you decide to purchase the goods we will reimburse you your hire fee, see our hire page and shop for more details.

THE GREEN TEAM - Breathe adventure are a carbon zero business and members of coast and have a beach clean policy that we operate throughout the season and try to educate our customers on the importance of beach cleanliness. We also use recycled rain water to wash out our suits and soy based surf wax on all our boards as part of our green policy as well as supporting the RNLI with a collection pot to raise money and beach safety information sheets available for all our customers.
